No. You never have to display your prices, stock, or any internal business information. Patients contact you directly and you respond to their specific needs privately.
How much does it cost to list my pharmacy? โพ
Listing is free during the launch period. We are focused on building the network first. When subscription fees are introduced, they will be kept low โ far less than the value of the new patients you will gain.
What happens when I am closed? โพ
You set your working hours when you register. When you are closed, patients who message you will see a notice that you are closed and their message will be waiting for you when you open. You can also manually mark yourself as closed from your dashboard at any time.
What do I need to register? โพ
Your pharmacy name, physical address, phone number, email, NDA licence number, and working hours. You can also upload photos of your pharmacy (signpost, front view, interior) to help patients recognise you.
How do I receive and reply to patient messages? โพ
Once approved, you log into your pharmacy dashboard at mypharmaug.com. You will see all incoming messages, prescriptions, and patient requests. You can reply by text or voice message directly from the dashboard.
Can I have multiple branches listed? โพ
Yes. Each branch can be registered separately with its own profile, working hours, and dashboard. Contact us after registering your first branch and we will help you set up the others.
